Raid hard, play fair
Grow Raiders is for adults who enjoy a friendly rivalry. These rules apply everywhere in the game. This version has no chat, no Crews and no grower names; if a later version adds them, their rules will be added here first.
1. Be a good neighbour
Rivalry is the point of a Raid. Going after a person isn't. Disagree about the game as much as you like, but keep it about the game, including when you write to us.
2. No harassment, threats or hate
No bullying, threats or stalking, and no abuse aimed at anyone for their race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age or any other part of who they are.
3. Keep personal information private
Don't share anyone else's real name, address, phone number, email address, social media handles, photos or other personal details, and don't try to find out who is behind another player's Grow Op.
4. No buying or selling anything real
Grow Raiders is a game set in a cartoon world. Never use it to buy, sell, trade, deliver or arrange cannabis or anything else in the real world, to advertise a business, or to sell Grow Ops, Kief or other virtual items for money.
5. Play fair
No cheats, bots, scripts, mods, hacked apps or exploits. Our server checks every Raid and Mission result, so a faked result isn't counted. If you find a bug, tell us at support@growraiders.com instead of using it. Don't share, sell or buy Grow Ops.
6. No pretending
Don't pretend to be part of the Grow Raiders team. We will never ask you for payment details or passwords.
7. Adults only
Grow Raiders is for players 18 and older. If you think a player is under 18, please tell us.
Tell us
- Email: write to support@growraiders.com with what you saw and when. If it was in a Raid, add the name shown for the other Grow Op.
- In the game: Settings · Support · Get help opens an email to us.
What happens when the rules are broken
- Results that don't add up. A Raid or Mission result that doesn't follow the game's rules isn't counted.
- Our review. We may remove virtual items gained through cheating, bugs or fraud, or ban a player from the game; a banned Grow Op is also taken out of Raids. Serious cases, such as trying to arrange real-world sales, or a player under 18, can lead to an immediate ban.
If you think we got it wrong, write to support@growraiders.com and a person will look at it again.
